LEGO, Hasbro and Mattel will be among the first toy companies set to profit off the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens. According to Entertainment Weekly, a slew of new products from these three toymakers will make their debut next month at the San Diego Comic Con.
The new toys will be out around the film’s December release, Entertainment Weeklyreports. Here are their descriptions:
    LEGO:
LEGO’s Buildable First Order Stormtrooper has 81 separate pieces that can be assembled into one 9-inch figure with posable limbs. It will be on display only at Comic-Con, and fans will have to wait until January 1, 2016 to purchase their own.
    Hasbro:
The first Hasbro action figure from The Force Awakens will be this 6-inch figure from the toy manufacturer’s Black Series of collectibles. As part of a Comic-Con exclusive, the packaging will be unique to the San Diego gathering, and only a limited number will be available for sale afterward via HasbroToyShop.com.
    Mattel:
There’s a Porsche-like vintage Stormtrooper car already out there, along with a Clone Trooper SUV, but this new die-cast model featuring the sleek First Order redesign will be joining the fleet at Comic-Con.
Toys are by far the most profitable element of the Star Wars universe. Back in 2007,Forbes estimated that Star Wars toys accounted for $9 billion of the franchise’s sales, billions more than the films themselves.
Still, the most hotly anticipated toy tied toThe Force Awakens may be a robotic version of new droid BB-8, being made by Colorado-based company Sphero.
