The shoes vivid colors are achieved via triple dye technique while his teetering heels are comfortable due to well-applied extra padding. Andrew earned his stripes working for Alexander McQueen, Narciso Rodriguez, Calvin Klein and Donna Karanand, judging from his three seasons,
